On February 1st, 5.29 million stock convertible corporate bonds issued by the company were listed and traded on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, and the bonds were referred to as "卡倍转债02".

In order to meet the needs of the company's overseas business development, expand the North American market, quickly respond to the needs of local customers and achieve rapid product delivery, the company held the 18th Meeting of the Third Board of Directors on January 12. Deliberated and passed the "Proposal on the Company's Investment in Hong Kong to Establish of a Subsidiary and Grandson Company", the "Proposal on the Company's Investment in the United States to Establish a Grandson Company" and the "Proposal on the Company's Investment in Mexico to Establish a Grandson Company”.

On January 2, Huizhou KBE Electrical Technology Co., Ltd. passed IATF 16949 certification.

The company recently received approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission to apply for registration to issue convertible corporate bonds to unspecified parties.

On November 9th, the Listing Review Committee of Shenzhen Stock Exchange held its 81st review meeting for 2023, which reviewed the company's application to issue convertible corporate bonds to unspecified parties. According to the review results of the meeting, the company's application to issue convertible corporate bonds to unspecified parties meets the issuance conditions, listing conditions, and information disclosure requirements. The company's application for convertible bonds has been approved.

From October 18th to October 30th, the company conducted the 2023 job skill level evaluation and assessment for all frontline employees. This year's skill level assessment for frontline employees is divided into practical assessment and theoretical assessment. The practical assessment part is organized by each factory workshop according to the production scheduling situation. The theoretical assessment part adopts a centralized online assessment form for all employees during the time period. As of now, the practical assessment work has basically been completed, and the theoretical assessment part will be completed by the end of this month.
